The singer Liam Gallagher one of the members of the Oasis used his account on X, the old Twitter, to comment on the possibility of the band coming to Brazil. When responding to a fan, the artist said he was “devastated” for saying that the group should not pass through the country.
The answer came after the following interaction from a fan, on the social network, who said: “Liam, when will we drink a beer after the São Paulo show?”. Afterwards, the musician replied: “I don’t think we’re going to play in Brazil, devastated.”
After Liam’s comment, several fans asked the Gallagher brothers to consider the idea of coming to the country. “Come on, man, come to Brazil, please, I mortgaged my house and sold my car, just waiting for the ticket to come out for the show here in Brazil”, a fan even mentioned.

In August, the British rock band announced their return to the stage after 15 years and organized a tour for 2025, which will mark the 30th anniversary of the band’s second album, “(What’s the Story) Morning Glory?”, which includes the hits “Wonderwall” and “Don’t Look Back in Anger”.
The duo, who made their debut in 1994 with “Definitely Maybe”, split in 2009 when guitarist and main songwriter Noel Gallagher said he could no longer work with Liam, the singer, after a series of disagreements between the two.
Last week, Liam had already used his X account to respond to some fans’ questions. At the time, he explained why the band will not give interviews to the press.
