PREMIA PROPERTIES (hereinafter the “Company” or “PREMIA”) announced today that the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission at its meeting held on April 5, 2022 approved the granting of an operating license as an AEEAP, in accordance with the provisions of laws 2778/1999 and 4209/2013.
The application for the operation license of AEEAP was submitted by PREMIA on November 21, 2021 following a relevant decision of the Board of Directors on November 18, 2021 which was ratified by the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders on December 10, 2021.
The conversion to AEEAP is another milestone in the course of PREMIA as it will allow it to operate more effectively in the real estate market, taking advantage of the tax advantages offered by the AEEAP framework and strengthening its investment profile.
