During the live broadcast on his Instagram profile, Gusttavo spoke to one of his lawyers. He shows documents that, in his view, prove the sale of aircraft to other companies, investigated within the scope of the Operation Integration .

The singer also said that “it’s not possible that I did anything wrong.” “There are our friends, from the tax and financial side. They said ‘Gusttavo doesn’t have [nada de errado]’. I am very calm, I believe in the Justice of Brazil, I believe in the Justice of Pernambuco. I believe this will end as quickly as possible”, declared the countryman.

The artist was indicted for money laundering and criminal association, following an investigation by the Civil Police of Pernambuco. The state court issued an arrest warrant against him on September 23, but the order was revoked the following day.
Lima is suspected of being involved with a criminal organization that allegedly generated approximately R$3 billion from illicit activities.
One of the reasons that supported the request for the singer’s preventive detention was that, according to judge Andréa Calado da Cruz, he had given “safe harbor to fugitives”.
