Life on Mars: People will live in huge “space oases” on the red planet in just 15 years

In an ambitious plan for the future of space exploration, the European Space Agency (ESA) presents its vision for 2040: a time when people will live in huge “space oasis” on Mars, in luxurious internal domes from material that reflects their heat and where they will cultivate their own food. As the Daily Mail reports, robots will explore Mars’ unexplored areas, without the risk of exhaustion, radiation or dust contamination. At the same time, huge space stations and satellites will be manufactured in orbit, artificial intelligence will make critical decisions and the entire solar system will be connected to an extensive internet network.
