Thirteen people, among them four children and a 29 -year -old German, were injured by a thunderbolt that hit a zoo today in southern France, according to firefighters. Two of the injured were hit directly from the thunderbolt, firefighters said in statements to reporters, stressing that lightning hit a “flat and open” area of the La Barben Zoological Park, close to Ann. Among the injured are four children, as well as a 29 -year -old German. She was accompanied by her sister and two children.
