The supermodel Linda Evangelis Ta, 59, revealed that it still faces difficulties in dealing with the consequences of an aesthetic procedure that went wrong.
The Canadian star sued CoolSculpting at $ 50 million, claiming to have been “permanently disfigured” for non -surgical treatment of localized fat freezing in 2016.
The artist did therapy after the procedure because she had difficulty even “liking” herself, and confessed that she avoids looking in the mirror in her own home.
“I need to do therapy to like what I see when I look in the mirror, and yet I don’t look in the mirror. I didn’t want to see me because I didn’t love me,” she told Harper’s Bazaar magazine.
“I am striving and trying to get to the point of liking me, with all the imperfections, and trying to love me,” he added.
Linda has undergone a double mastectomy after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018, but says she is “at peace” with scars, as well as other medical treatments, including surgeries resulting from pneumothorax episodes – an emergency that occurs when air accumulates between the membranes surrounding the lungs, causing the collapse of one of them.
“My double mastectomy, I’m at peace with her. I put implants [de silicone] very small. What was removed, I put it back, in the same quantity. I did all those lungs surgeries, my God, and I have keloids, all the scars of the chest drains and the cesarean section scar. There were many surgeries. I’m calm. I’m fine with that. I won. I’m here, ”he celebrated.
Despite the difficulties, Linda, who is 18-year-old Augustin’s mother, the result of her relationship with François-Henri Pinault, is “finally getting comfortable” with herself and expects to live a long and happy life.
“I don’t care how I’m going to get older. I just want to get older. I don’t have to be gracefully. Really, really, I really don’t want to die. I still have so much to do. I’m finally getting comfortable with myself and everything, and now I want to enjoy it. I want to be a grandmother, but not in the near future. I’m alive. I’m alive.
