Away from the spotlight for several years, Lindsay Lohan recently returned to the forefront and took revenge thanks to the success of Falling for Christmas, Netflix romantic comedy.
Always quite reserved on the front of her personal life, the actress – who last July had publicly revealed with a post that she was getting married – broke her “protocol” on Instagram, offering fans a couple of selfies right on the day of Christmas, one of which shows her in a very rare shot with her husband, the financier Bader Shammas.

«Merry Christmas to all!», he wrote in the caption of the post, made up of two shots. The first depicts the couple beaming brightly in front of their Christmas tree, a faux silver fir trimmed in red, gold, and green. Lohan wears an emerald green blouse with a floral choker and bright red lips, while Shammas wears a white knit wool sweater. In the second photo, the actress is alone and purses her lips as if to blow a kiss, again with the tree in the background.
Many greeting messages received among the comments, even from her own family members: “Merry Christmas, my love”, wrote mother Dina, while Lohan’s sister, Aliana, commented: “My beautiful family” and her brother Dakota wrote: «My best friends». The comments were flooded with their Christmas wishes by the many fans who also took the opportunity to underline the beauty of the 36-year-old actress.
