Lisa, Cher and Tyla turn Victoria’s Secret catwalk into dance floor

The singer Cher 78, turned the Victoria’s Secret catwalk into a real dance floor on Tuesday (15). The pop diva shone as the main attraction of Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show which made its long-awaited return after a five-year break, prompted by a barrage of criticism.

The singer graced the audience with a medley of her most famous songs, “Strong Enough” and “Believe” while the models, dressed in red, paraded and sang the hits at the same time.

Before her triumphant arrival on stage, photos of Cher’s most iconic fashion moments were shown, while a choir sang. Then the star appeared accompanied by a dozen dancers.

Shortly before the event, the veteran tried to minimize fans’ expectations, stating that her outfit was “no big deal”. In an interview with the attraction’s presenter, Olivia Culpo, she declared: “Don’t expect too much”.

In addition to Cher, the parade featured performances by other artists, such as South African singer Tyla, 22, and Blackpink member Lisa, 27. Lisa opened her show with the song “Rockstar”, posing on a motorcycle before to be accompanied by her dancers. She returned to the stage afterwards to sing her new single, “Moonlit Floor”, wearing a lace bodysuit and metallic wings.

Tyla performed two of her own hits, “Water” and “Push 2 Start,” wearing a sheer garter belt ensemble and a giant pair of fuzzy white wings.
