The singer Lisa member of the k-pop group blackpink promised to release a solo album this year “whatever the cost”.
The 27-year-old K-pop star – who released the single “Lalisa” in 2021 – promised fans that a new album is on the way in 2024 and encouraged them to “stay connected.”
“No matter what it takes, I want to release a new album this year. This year I was able to focus more on myself. I'm so excited to do what I want to do this year. Stay tuned!”, Lisa announced through a Special Birthday Q&A session on YouTube.
The artist also joked about the possibility of collaborating with Rosalía It is Tyla .
Recently, the “Water” singer stated that she and Lisa will “definitely” work together “in the future.”
The 22-year-old singer posted a video having fun with the Thai rapper while they listened to “Art,” from Tyla’s debut album.

“We’ve been discussing the idea of doing a song together, so yeah, definitely,” she later told Reuters.
