Three people are being investigated following allegations they tried to access the medical records of the Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, at a London clinic. As it became known, the British police have been asked to look into the above allegations which focus on the London clinic where Kate Middleton was treated for an abdominal problem. All three people work at the world-renowned Marylebone Hospital, a clinic favored by many members of the royal family, including King Charles. It is noted that it is a criminal offense for any healthcare staff to access a patient's medical records without the consent of the organisation's data controller.
