London: The Monument to Queen Elizabeth who will transform the city center

London is preparing to honor Queen Elizabeth II, the longest -running monarch in the history of the United Kingdom, with a grand national monument in St James’s Park. The project, assigned to the Foster + Partners of the world -renowned architect Norman Foster, promises to transform the center of the British capital, combining tradition with modern aesthetics.
