London was informed in advance of US blow in Iran

Britain did not request a request from the United States to use its base in Diego Garcia for US strikes in Iran, but was informed of them before the attack, Business and Trade Minister Jonathan Reynolds said today. Reynolds said that Britain moved military data in the area and that it would take “any necessary action” to defend its allies if they were threatened. He added that Prime Minister Kir Starmer is talking today with allies. “No request,” the minister told Sky News. “I know that, due to the British military, Akrotiri (in Cyprus) or Diego Garcia, sometimes this request is made. And that was not a situation in which this request was made. ” Reynolds added that Britain was informed of the blows. “I can’t tell you exactly when we knew, but we were up to date, as you might expect,” he said.
