Xiaomi has released a new version of the MIUI 12 branded shell for Redmi Note 8 smartphones for global users.

The firmware number 12.0.3.0.QCOMIXM is based on the Android 10 operating system and has been updated with the January 2021 Android security update. In the not too distant future, Redmi Note 8 is expected to receive MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11.
