The crackdown at USC followed a chaotic day on Saturday, when dozens of pro-Palestinian protesters were arrested at various US universities. Police entered the camp at USC at approximately 05:00 am (local time, 15:00 Greek time) and, in cooperation with the university's Public Safety service, removed the tents that had been set up, while dozens of students left the scene peacefully.
