Love at first sight: the refillable eyeshadow by Prada Beauty

The new Prada beauty line rethinks beauty by proposing its vision of skincare and make-up with a common denominator: to stimulate self-expression to open up new perspectives and possibilities for self-reinvention. If the line Skins is built with the aim of helping the skin to quickly adapt to environmental changes, Prada Color is dedicated to self-expression and self-exploration. The products dress the eyes and lips with the same fashion palettes and textures. In perfect balance between eccentricity and refinement, and in the name of constant experimentation that combines color, technology and eco-sustainability. An experimentation that in the launch campaign puts the physical and digital to the test in a seamless dialogue. Through a creative collaboration, London-based make-up artist Lynsey Alexander and Paris-based e-make-up artist Ines Alpha merge their vision generating unlimited aesthetic freedom.

Prada Dimensions, the rechargeable eyeshadow protagonist of the cover beauty by Vanity Fair at the newsstand, he composes, together with the lipsticks, the collection dedicated to make-up. Six versions available that bring back to life the iconic patterns from the brand’s archive: each palette contains an eclectic range of three neutrals and an eccentric touch in four finishes that leave room for interpretation: satin, soft matte, hyper-matte and metal foil. Saturated pigments are enhanced by technology: they are created using a low pressure injection process with Micro-Pixel pigments, which allow you to obtain the final finish in a single pass, greater resolution and color density. While the refill system allows you to use 75% less packaging than buying a new palette.

Complete the color collection Prada Monochrome, the refillable lipcolor available in two matte variants inspired by the brand’s distinctive materials: Saffiano leather and Re-Nylon. Lipstick Hyper Matte offers intense pigments in a single swipe with a deep matte finish reminiscent of Prada’s signature Saffiano leather, while the lipstick Soft Matte reveals soft and diffused colors that recall the luminosity and versatility of Prada’s iconic Re-Nylon fabric. Four color families that rethink archetypes: Brown, a representation of aesthetics ugly-chic unpopular, Red, a timeless color; Pink, affectionately called “the non-serious color”; and Orange, a powerful statement linking past, present and future. Like beauty, in constant evolution.
