The film “Love Lies Bleeding: Love Bleeds” entered the catalog of Max, HBO’s streaming service, this Friday (19). The title stars Kristen Sweart (“Twilight” and “Charlie’s Angels”) and Katy O’Brian (“The Madanlorian”).
In the plot, gym manager Lou has her life shaken by the arrival of Jackie, an aspiring bodybuilder who dreams of competing in Las Vegas. The romance between the two provokes an act of fury, which will involve them in a chain reaction of violence and lead them to do whatever they can to survive.
In addition to Stewart and O’Brian, Anna Baryshnikov (“Dickinson”), Ed Harris (“The Truman Show“), Dave Franco (“Now You See Me”) and Jena Malone (“Donnie Darko’) make up the cast. The direction is Rose Glass .
