‘Love, Sublime Amor’ star says she wasn’t invited to the Oscars

the movie of Rachel Zegler was nominated for an Oscar for best picture, but she says she will celebrate like the rest of us.

The 20-year-old actress starred in the blockbuster production as Maria Vasquez in the musical drama “Love sublime love”movie of Steven Spielberg that earned him a Golden Globe for best actress in a comedy or musical.

But this Sunday (20), in a post on Instagram, one of her followers wrote in the comments: “I can’t wait to see what you’re going to wear on Oscar night.”

Zegler replied, “I wasn’t invited, so my boyfriend’s sweatpants and flannel.”

“I don’t know, I’ve tried everything but it doesn’t seem to be happening,” she continued. “Hopefully some last minute miracle will occur and I can celebrate our movie in person, but that’s how it happens sometimes I guess,” Zegler wrote. “Thanks for all the shock and outrage – I’m disappointed too. But it’s alright. I am so proud of our film.”

Nominees (Zegler is not nominated) receive tickets, as do presenters, with additional tickets given to the studios to distribute as they see fit.

O 94th Oscars will be held on Sunday at the Dolby Theater in Ovation Hollywood.
