However, other followers defended Luan, saying he was right to stay with his wife on the day he gave birth to Serena. “I can’t believe they are canceling Luan Santana for canceling the show because of the birth of his daughter,” wrote a fan on X, formerly Twitter.
Singer Lauana Prado demonstrated empathy for the country singer’s moment and said during his performance: “I know that a lot of people were waiting for him here, but, honestly, everyone knows that he deserved it and should have been by his wife’s side seeing this wonderful moment”.
