Lucas Grabeel, from “High School Musical” cancels shows in Brazil; understand

The actor and singer Lucas Grabeel interpreter of the character Ryan Evans in the film series “High School Musical” canceled his trip to Brazil scheduled for November this year. The artist would come to Brazilian soil to two presentations, one in São Paulo and the other in Rio de Janeiro.

In a post made by Lucas Grabeel on his Instagram profile, he explained the cancellation, which also occurred with dates planned in Europe for the beginning of October.

“What I’m about to say has been tormenting me for months,” the musician began in a statement. “My heart is broken to announce the cancellation of all my 2024 tour dates in Brazil and Europe.”

According to the text, Lucas cannot reveal the reason for the cancellation due to “contractual issues” and on instructions from his lawyers. “I feel like I let my fans down, especially those who made lots of plans to attend the shows. I want you all to know that I didn’t want to cancel. I tried my best to make it work.”

Lucas also says that he intends to reschedule these dates in the future. He also highlighted that fans who purchased tickets will receive emails with refund instructions.

In Brazil, the ticket agency responsible for the musician’s shows was Sympla. THE CNN He tried to contact the company to find out more information, but has not received a response so far.

Initially, Ryan Evans’ interpreter would come to Brazil in May this year. Close to the show dates, the performances were postponed until November.
