Luciana Barreto returns in the second season of the Entre Vozes podcast

The second season of Entre Vozes, a podcast presented by journalist Luciana Barreto, debuts this Tuesday (9). The new episodes will be released weekly, first thing in the morning, starting at 6:00 am, and keep the attention focused on the discussion of themes that contribute to a more egalitarian society, as well as the CNN board on Plural, which recently started to be shown in the channel’s radio and television programming.

“We’ve prepared an exciting season, which will invite our listeners to immerse themselves in agendas they might never have thought of and that cry out for reflection,” says Luciana. She is recognized as one of the 100 most influential black people in the world in 2021 by the United Nations (UN).

No Between Voices, Luciana listens to characters and specialists from different areas and deals with subjects that include history, society dynamics, health, finance and the labor market from the perspective of issues of race, class and gender, among many others important to reflect the diversity of society Brazilian.

The first episode addresses what makes society read some people – especially black people – as suspects. Luciana presents the stories of digital influencer Jota Jr., who was a victim of racism in a race for an app, and cellist Luiz Justino, who was wrongly arrested in 2020 after being mistaken for a robber.

Entre Vozes, as well as all other podcasts from CNN Brasil, is available on the website of CNN and on major podcast platforms: Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Podcasts, and Deezer.
