President Luis Inácio Lula da Silva is on Tuesday (13) with Chinese leader Xi Jinping, at the Great Palace of the People, in Beijing, the capital of China.
Lula, participated in the fourth forum of the community of Latin American and Caribbean states (Celac)-in the city.
According to the Brazilian government, this is Lula’s fourth state visit to China, the first to occur since the elevation of bilateral relations to the level of “Brazilian Community of Future Brazil-China for a fairer world and a more sustainable planet” in November 2024.
It is the third meeting between the presidents since 2023.
Both countries share interests in regional and multilateral topics in the UN, WTO, G20 and BRICS.
