Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) is officially qualified to assume the presidency of the Republic after being certified, this Monday (12), by the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).
In his speech to the participants of the ceremony, Lula was touched when he mentioned the criticism he received for not having a university education. The president-elect still defended strong institutions and spoke against fake news.
