Brazilian President Luis Inasio Lula da Silva today rejected any “intervention” in his country’s internal affairs, following comments made by US counterpart Donald Trump in favor of Zaich Bolsonaru, who is being tried. “We are a sovereign state. We do not accept intervention or guardianship from anyone, “the Brazilian president underlined. Earlier, Trump had posted a comment on the Truth Social platform to defend Bolsonaru, arguing that his former ally was a victim of “witch hunting”. The 70 -year -old Bolsonaru – who maintained friendly ties with Trump in the interval of the two men in power – is being tried in Brazilus, who has led a “criminal organization” who conspired to keep him in the presidency despite his election defeat by his 20th election.
