“I want to say here one more time in front of you, next to you, in a very clear way: France does not even recognize Russia’s annexation of Ukrainian territories nor the results of rigged elections that were staged,” the French president said in a pre-recorded video message broadcast at the Crimean Platform – an annual diplomatic summit initiated by Ukraine and President Volodymyr Zelensky to recall its sovereignty Ukraine on the peninsula.
