The French president Emanuel Macron stated on Monday (11/4) that he is ready to travel to Kyiv -or in any other city Of Ukraine– only if he feels that his visit could help the current crisis.
«I’m ready to go anywhere even in Kyiv if that could be useful, if it could help start a dialogueMacron told BFM.
It is noted that many Western leaders have traveled to Ukraine, where the war has been raging for almost 50 days, to express their support for the country.
More recently, Commission President Ursula von der Leyen arrives in Kiev after visiting Bucafrom where he sent the message of EU solidarity to the Ukrainian people.
At the same time, he denounced them barbarities which appear to have been carried out on the outskirts of the Ukrainian capital by the Russian side.
