A French presidency official has said that Paris does not see a reduction in Russian troops along the border with Ukraine. He added that in a telephone conversation today between US President Joe Biden and the leaders of other major NATO countries, it was found that they all have the same risk assessment.
A source in the French presidency said that reports of bombings in eastern Ukraine were “worrying” because Russia had used similar pretexts in the past.
