Madeleine arrived a few days ago and immediately resumed the traditions of the Bernadotte house, attending the little ceremony for the delivery of Christmas trees for the Royal Palace. With her, her husband Christopher O’Neill and the three children, Leonore, 7 years, Nicolas, 6 e Adrienne, 3, who had a blast with their three little fir trees, at least judging by the smiles.

For Maledeine’s family the last time in Sweden was last summer. Weeks flew by quickly, between relaxation and public commitments of the princess, patroness of various charities and always engaged in a lot of activities, especially related to the world of childhood. The next few days, on the other hand, will mostly be spent with the family.
After all, the rites of Christmas at the Palazzo have already come to life. On Sunday 19 December, Estelle and Oscar, children of Crown Princess Victoria, had lit the last candle on the Advent wreath, a tradition deeply felt in the Nordic countries, and everything had been documented by a short video.
