David Banda 18, one of six children of Madonna 65, appeared on hotel balcony Copacabana Palace in the south zone of Rio de Janeiro, this Thursday afternoon (2).
He was photographed next to a woman while watching the completion of the assembly of the stage on which Madonna will perform next Saturday (4), located in front of the establishment.
During the show, he usually plays a string instrument while his mother sings “Like a Prayer”, from the 1989 album of the same name.
David was the first child that Madonna adopted, in 2006, during a trip to Malawi, Africa. He was adopted while the pop diva was still married to British director Guy Ritchie, 55.
His sister Mercy James, 18, was seen, moments before he appeared on the balcony, on stage at the show celebrating her 40-year career as Madonna.
The singer is accompanied by four children, who also perform with her at “The Celebration Tour” shows. They have been staying at the Copacabana Palace since last Monday (29).
In addition to David and Mercy, twins Stella and Estere Ciccone, both 11 years old, are also in Rio.
