Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that this will be a “heavy, substantial and very important fighter document” without providing further details.
The Russian War in Ukraine has led to a collapse in its relations with most Western countries and led Moscow to strengthen ties with other countries that share their desire to contain the influence of what it calls “collective West.”
Since 2022, Russia has signed strategic partnership pacts with China, North Korea and Iran.
Venezuela has a recent story troubled with the United States, marked by broken diplomatic relations, sanctions and accusations of criminal activities and coup conspiracy.
