Install Magisk Manager:
Requirements: OS version 5.0 Lollipop and higher, unlocked bootloader and custom recovery. It is highly recommended to make a full nandroid backup in case the installation fails.
For full functionality, beforehand, it is recommended to remove other administrators of root rights, such as SuperSU
- Install the Magisk Manager app on your device
- Download and install Magisk-vXX.zip via custom recovery and reboot into the system
Uninstall Magisk Manager:
To uninstall an application in automatic modeyou need to flash Magisk-unistaller.zip through custom recovery.
In case the archive did not workyou need to restore the boot partition (boot.img) from a backup, as well as manually delete /data/magisk.img, /cache/magisk, /data/busybox.
