Microsoft today announced that the Windows 10 version 21H1 update is now available to businesses that can begin testing and validating features. Basically, this means that companies can try out the update to be ready when it starts rolling out.
As stated in the official statement, Windows 10 version 21H1 is a cumulative update from the previous version 20H2. Moreover, versions 2004, 20H2, and 21H1 share a common base operating system with an identical set of system files.

According to Microsoft documentation, the old Edge browser is being removed, but even that’s not entirely true. Edge Legacy will be removed from versions 20H2 and 2004 in the April Patch Tuesday update, so Windows 10 version 21H1 doesn’t actually remove Edge Legacy, but is the first version to ship without it.
As for what is actually in the update, there are not many innovations. Support for multiple cameras Windows Hello now allows you to select an external camera by default, there are improvements to Windows Defender Application Guard and improvements to Windows management instrumentation.
A week ago, participants in the Windows 10 Insider Preview testing program were able to download the update image. You can download the ISO image here.
