Sean “Diddy” Combs, 55, and Cassie Ventura, 38, Mylah Morales, said she saw the singer with injuries on her face once, around Grammy weekend in 2010. The statement was given under questioning US assistant attorney Maurene, during the rapper’s trial on New York, New York.
Morales said that after a party at Prince’s house, she and Ventura returned to a hotel room. Combs entered the room later, saying, “Where the hell is she?” Morales witnessed.
Combs entered the room where Cassie Ventura was and closed the door, and Morales reported hearing shouts and screams. “I was in a panic and didn’t know what to do,” said Morales.
Later, Combs left furiously from the hotel room and Cassie was “desolate,” she said. “She had a swollen eye, a cut lip and roosters on her head,” Morales witnessed.
Morales took the singer to her house, where she stayed for a few days, witnessed the makeup artist. The makeup artist said she asked a friend she is a doctor to go to her home and examine Cassie after seeing her with injuries.
The doctor looked at her faces on her face, stomach, and Ventura ribs and recommended she went to the emergency room, Morales said. Ventura refused to go to the emergency room, witnessed Morales, and they did not call the police.
Morales said she didn’t call the police because she was afraid of Combs and feared for her life. After the incident, Morales said she and Ventura never talked about it again.

Ventura witnessed last week that Combs assaulted her in a hotel room after a party at Prince’s house. “(Combs) I was throwing luggage on me, calling me all kinds of names,” witnessed Ventura.
Ventura also witnessed that he had not told Combs that he would go to Prince’s party, because he thought that Combs would not let her go. As soon as he arrived at the party, Ventura spotted Combs and realized that he was angry, so she “ran out as fast as he could,” she witnessed.
