A man, identified as Arthur Henrique Franco Ribeiro de Paula, was arrested on suspicion of killing his wife to stab wounds. The crime occurred during a family party, at an inn on the edge of Lagoa da Pampulha, in Belo Horizonte, on the night of Thursday (1st).
Fernanda Dantas Garrido Ribeiro, 40, was murdered with machete blows on the back of her neck and neck.
According to information from the Military Police provided to Radio Itatiaia, Arthur and Fernanda lived at the Pousada, which belongs to relatives of the man.
