A 44-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday by the Mato Grosso do Sul Civil Police (PCMS) in Ivinhema, about 289 kilometers from Campo Grande, for bodily injury, threat and breach of urgent protective measures.
The corporation stated that the suspect, even after being formally summoned about the protective measures that prevented him from keeping in touch and approach to the former partner, he failed and went to the victim’s residence and chased her at the workplace of family members, as a way of restricting locomotion and causing psychological terror in women.
The man, who does not accept the end of the relationship, had already been caught in the act on March 12 and is investigated for threatening death and trying to stab the victim.
Police represented for the pre -trial detention of the investigated and he was taken to the police station where he is awaiting a custody and transfer to men’s penitentiary hearing.
