A man chased his ex-partner and broke into a supermarket after not accepting the end of the relationship, this Friday morning (28). The case took place in the city of Concórdia, in the west of Santa Catarina.

According to the woman, while driving her vehicle to work, he tried to open the door and threatened her, saying that she “would pay for what she had done to him.”
She was chased by the suspect to her workplace, where he broke down one of the market entrance doors with the vehicle, in reverse gear.
Soon after, the man used the vehicle to destroy another access door to the market, damaging several objects and crashing into an ATM on site.
The suspect was arrested for threats, persecution, damage and psychological violence against women and taken to the Civil Police Station, according to the Santa Catarina Military Police.
