The Civil Police arrested in the act on Wednesday night (9), a man who intended to bring drugs and 58 cell phones to a prison in Bauru, in the interior of São Paulo. The suspect also carried 23 carriers in his backpack, 20 sources, prepaid cards and headphones.
According to information from the Civil Police, the man also carried portions of marijuana, which were seized. Investigations indicated that the materials were concentrated in a house in the Mary Dota neighborhood of Bauru (SP).
The agents were monitoring the property when a suspect arrived at the scene in a motorcycle taxation. He got out of the vehicle and took a backpack with the resident of the house.
Faced with the suspicion that the content would be taken to a prison establishment in the region, the police accompanied the motorcycle to Rosa Malandrino Mondeli Avenue, when they approached.
The suspect, who was on the croup, informed agents that he would receive an amount for transportation and that he would deliver the backpack to a fellow that would be waiting on the banks of the highway. It was not located.
The case was registered as drug trafficking at the Judicial Police Center (CPJ) of the municipality and the police authority requested the conversion of the arrest in the act to the preventive of the accused.
Diligences go on and agents are searching the IMIS (international identification of mobile equipment) of mobile phones to identify the origin of the devices.
