A man was killed by a military police officer after shooting during a confusion in the city of Serra, Greater Vitória (ES). The case happened on Wednesday (5).
According to the Civil Police, the PM reported that he was accompanied by a group of friends and at one point, distanced himself from the group to make use of the public toilet installed on the boardwalk.
When he returned, he realized that two friends were being harassed by man. Then the policeman asked the man to leave the door of the vehicle that the two friends were, to end the situation.
However, the agent was surprised when the individual drew the gun and pointed toward him. Immediately, the PM drew his gun, identified himself as a police officer, but still the suspect was home to a vehicle parked at the scene and tried to shoot the military, who retaliated.
One of the shots hit the head of the individual, who fell wounded.
Samu was called to meet the occurrence and found the death on site.
