A man was shot dead in the head on Saturday night (5) in Afonso Claudio (ES), approximately 140 km from Vitória. As determined by CNN moments earlier, the victim would have tried to kill the suspect, who, even after he was also shot, managed to disarm her.
According to the Military Police, the 23 -year -old man was rescued at the São Vicente de Paulo Hospital. At the health unit, he said he was at the city bus station when he was approached by another man who asked him to take him to a drug sales point.
According to the report, when they arrived near the climb of a hill, the man drew a gun and said he had assaulted his brother and then shot him.
At this moment, the individual gave a jollet to the armed man who fell to the floor. Then he took the suspect’s gun and shot his head. The man died on the spot.
The individual who committed the murder was taken to the emergency urgency hospital.
The Civil Police reported that the man was charged in the act for murder.
