A man killed his lover with a pen on a Santo André motel in ABC Paulista, on the afternoon of last Friday (11).
Police said the agents were called to the scene, where the woman was found lying with chest injuries, as well as head and neck injuries.
The couple, who have hearing impairment, would have had a discussion, until the man stuck his woman in his belly using the pen.
Samu teams attended the incident and tried to revive the victim, but she did not resist and died at the scene.
