A man intentionally ran over his ex-partner, daughter and ex-mother-in-law twice on Tuesday night (20) in Gama, in the Federal District.
According to the Military Police, officers were called to a traffic accident at around 11 pm. At the scene, witnesses told authorities that the suspect, Wallison Felipe de Oliveira, 29, first ran over his ex-wife and then returned with the car and threw the vehicle at his own daughter.
The perpetrator’s ex-mother-in-law, who was with the victims at the time, threw herself over her daughter’s body in an attempt to protect her. At that moment, Wallison maneuvered the car again and also ran over the elderly woman. The man then fled the scene.
The woman’s birthday was the same day as the incident, when she turned 34. She did not survive her injuries and died at the scene. Her death was confirmed by an off-duty firefighter who was near the accident site and provided first aid to the victims.
The 60-year-old woman, the woman’s mother, was taken to the Gama Regional Hospital (HRG). The child, just 5 years old, was taken to the Santa Maria Regional Hospital (HRSM). Despite the injuries suffered, both are out of danger, according to authorities.
During the search for the suspect, police found the vehicle he used to commit the crime abandoned in front of a school. Witnesses said that after abandoning the car, the individual fled on foot towards a wooded area.
According to the Civil Police of the Federal District (PCDF), Wallison has not yet been located and remains at large.
After the incident, an expert examination was carried out at the scene and the vehicle used by the suspect was removed to the yard of a police station in the region. The case was registered as intentional homicide while driving a vehicle and femicide.
