The Paraná Civil Police identified another 37 -year -old victim investigated for rape after a niece reports the abuse through a ticket.
According to the investigation, in addition to the four nephews who had already denounced the crimes, the man also abused his own 6 -year -old daughter in Maringá, in the north of the state.
In addition to the child, the man has two more teenage children. Police were not reported abuse during the statements. According to delegate Karen Friedrich, responsible for the case, the man had a very close contact with family members and then took advantage of his confidence relationship with the victims and family members to perform sexual acts.
“A 24 -year -old man, also the investigated nephew, gave testimony and reported that the time he had 9 years old and resided in the same place as his uncle, also several times was the victim of sexual violence,” said the delegate.
The man has been under arrest since May 6 available to the court. He was questioned last Tuesday (13) and opted for the right to remain silent.
The inquiry was concluded and he was indicted suspected of rape of vulnerable.
Niece wrote ticket denouncing abuse
An 8 -year -old ticket written for his mother led to the suspect’s custody, which was arrested on May 6 by the Paraná Civil Police, through the Child and Adolescent Protection Center victims of crimes.
The case began to be investigated after the child gives his mother a note with the phrase “Uncle is doing wrong things”, citing the name of the brother. In talking to her children, the woman found that both had been victims of sexual abuse committed by the uncle. She then filed a police report.
After registration of the occurrence, the victim’s mother warned other family members, who also questioned her children about possible abuse. Two other children confirmed that they were victims of the same uncle.
According to the reports, the investigated threatened so that the abuses were not told to their parents. A 13 -year -old teenager reported being raped since six. The children had a relationship very close to the relative, who always invited them to sleep in their home.
The case was referred to the Public Prosecution Service of Paraná (MP-PR), who will decide whether or not to report.
