Maneskin, the triumph of rock at Coachella

They took to the stage as stars at the coolest festival in the world, back after two years of absence due to a pandemic. As a rock star you could say, but for Damiano being a rock star is something else: “Do what you want without worrying about the market, or Twitter, or the people who judge you.” Backstage Victoria De Angelis talked about the last months of the band: «We wrote a lot of music, of course this situation in Ukraine really affected us. We wanted to use our position to push people to stand up for what is right and to make people feel helped and understood. We want to raise our voices for something that has meaning. “
