The mansion that sets the movie “Casa Gucci”, which arrives this Thursday (25) in Brazilian cinemas, is on sale. The location that was the film set for the feature film starring Lady Gaga e Adam Driver it can be purchased for 990 thousand euros, around R$6.2 million.
The mansion is in Gressoney Saint-Jean, at the foot of Monte Rosa in the Italian Alps, close to the Swiss and French borders.
According to the real estate website that announced the sale, the house was built in 1920. Located just minutes from the center of the Italian “villa” and the region’s ski slopes, the property was recently restored and is surrounded by a large, accessible, centenary park. by private road.
The three-story mansion has 1,114 square meters, 24 rooms – including bedrooms, living rooms, lounges and kitchen -, eight full bathrooms, three basements and six garages.
The film, shot at the mansion in March 2020, is based on the story of Patrizia Reggiani, ex-wife of Maurizio Gucci, member of the family that founded Gucci, former director and heir of the Italian luxury brand.
