During the two-day visit of the Russian Prime Minister Michael Misustin The Sputnik news agency reports in its telegram today.
According to the agency, Misustin, who is arriving in Greece today to represent Moscow for the celebrations for the 200th anniversary of Greek revolution, will meet with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on issues related to bilateral economic relations and economic cooperation between the two countries in the fields of energy, industry, transport, culture and others.
Misoustin, according to AMPE, will be honored with the Gold Medal of Value of the City of Athens in recognition of Russia’s contribution to the national liberation struggle of Greece in the period 1821-1829.
The medal will be awarded by the mayor of Athens Costas Bakogiannis during a special ceremony to be held today.
