The Municipal Secretary of Culture of São Paulo announced this Monday (5) the death of actress Márcia Manfredini. The actress became famous for her character in TV Globo’s humorous “A Grande Família”, where she played Dona Abigail.
“It is with great sadness that we announce the death of the actress. Popularly known as Dona Abigail from the series A Grande Família, Márcia Manfredini was a comedian and beautiful Brazilian actress. The Municipal Secretary of Culture wishes the deepest condolences to the actress’s friends and family. Manfredini’s performances will never be forgotten,” the agency said in a statement.
The cause of death was not disclosed.
The actress was also in the cast of “Eta mundo Bão”, in 2016, and “Deus Salve o Rei”, in 2018. Márcia was in the cast of “Família Paraíso”, a comedy produced in a partnership between TV Globo and the Multishow channel that premiered in October on the network.
