Marco Pigossi marries filmmaker Marco Calvani in Italy

The actor Marco Pigossi 35, married the Italian filmmaker Marco Calvani 43, last Saturday (31), in Tuscany, Italy. The intimate and private ceremony came after the couple made their civil union official at the end of 2023, in São Paulo.

A brief video of the event was published by the Hugo Gloss portal on Instagram. For the moment, the two, who were barefoot, wore matching light-colored suits, and, shortly after, they were welcomed by the guests.

Pigossi and Calvani announced their relationship in November 2021, during Thanksgiving. At the time, the Brazilian posted a story of himself walking hand in hand with his boyfriend and joked: “Shocking a total of zero people.”

Who is Marco Calvani?

The older brother of famous actor Luca Calvani, Marco Calvani is an Italian playwright, director, filmmaker, translator and actor. His behind-the-scenes work includes “Best Place” and “The View From Up Here” (2017).

His roles include the series “The Borgias”, a hit in European countries, and the film “Caravaggio”. He is also the founder of Mixô, a cultural center in Rome.
