The premiere of CNN popverse already have a date. Starting this Saturday (15), the program returns to the CNN Brazil with a new face.
The first big news is the arrival of Phelipe Siani, who will lead the attraction along with presenter Mari Palma.
In a more dynamic format, the program will reflect the hottest pop issues of the day and discuss everything that was news in the entertainment world. On the agenda, the latest trends, debates and controversies that were talked about on social networks.
O CNN popverse will be broadcast from Monday to Friday at 23:00. On Saturdays, there is a special edition with a longer duration: Popverso+, which will be shown at 10:45 pm. Day-to-day matters gain modern and accessible language, aimed at an audience that, at this time, wants to be on top of day-to-day matters in a light and fun way.
In addition to the presenters, the program gains a team of specialists with diverse backgrounds, who will deepen more sectoral discussions. Jairo Nascimento, Letícia Vidica, Lia Bock and Rita Wu make up the show’s fixed cast.
There will be seven special panels that will expand the coverage of the CNN Brazil on Diversity & Inclusion, Technology, Business, Sports, Culture and Behavior.
O CNN popverse explores all the cross-platform possibilities of CNN Brazil with developments and a lot of content on social networks and in the recently launched editorial CNN Pop in the website.

CNN Pop + Tech – Presented by Rita Wu, it brings highlights from the world of technology, showing data from the main platforms, curiosities and scientific explanations.
CNN Pop + Sports – With a focus on sports and a presentation by Jairo Nascimento, the idea is not to talk about the results of the main championships, but rather to reflect on sports highlights that drew attention during the week. Cases involving famous athletes will be addressed, and subjects related to topics that were highlighted in social networks.
