Marianne Mirage and her new album that is good for the heart

A disc that mixes music, introspection and practice yoga. The artist Marianne Mirage signs his new album entitled Mirage, an emotional and sound journey that embraces jazz, the atmosphere of the Italian soundtracks of the 60s and mysticism.

The musician, songwriter, practitioner and yoga teacher gives us a unique experience. “This disc is a tool that can help people relax, to relax and meditate, and is also addressed to those who have never practiced ”, the artist tells us on the phone from Athens.

Mirage is in fact inspired by yoga, the duration of the album is exactly one hour like a practice, but listening to it can accompany anyone, at any time.

«These eight passages isolate from reality, they are perfect for escaping, reconciling sleep, for making love, for healing the mind and body », says Mirage.

The album was born during the first lockdown. “I exploited the quarantine in a positive and introspective way”, tells us the musician who has already recorded her first sold out in a recent live in Milan. «It is therefore a record of the moment. During the quarantine I practiced a lot and started sharing the intimate experience of yoga with fans who felt insecure and weak ». From that moment it was born Yoga Mirage «that mixes music and my voice and practice, so I could get to help people’s hearts».

Nike also fell in love with the artist’s voice than for the app Nike Training Club made an exclusive one-hour video in which her voice guides the practice. “Each song is linked to a chakra and a color, for a physical and emotional journey», He says,« the first part is linked to the awakening of the body, it focuses on breathing and slow movements. The second is more complex: he dedicates himself to the study of Asanas ».

Marianne Mirage will hold more concerts this summer: you can listen to his music not on uncomfortable chairs, but on comfortable cushions. After the success at the Botanical Garden of Città Studi in Milan, the July 30 will move to Lido Adriano di Ravenna, the August 6 in Rionero in Vulture in Basilicata, and then in Bologna, Genoa and again Milan, where on 3 September he will hold a free event at the Library of the Trees.
