Its leaders gathered in Brussels said their “goodbye” to the Italian politician while he asked them to keep the European Union like a bright star showing the way in these troubled times.
“Thank you Mario. We wish you the best for the future, whatever the cost” points out in the video posted on Twitter by the president of the European Council Charles Michel.
