Mark Rupnik Case: The story of the famous artist who threw a “heavy shadow” in Pope Francis’ reputation

Pope Francis may have acquired the name “Pope of the Poor” and may be considered a reformer of the Catholic Church, but his name was linked to the case of the famous artist Mark Rupnik who is accused of rape of women. The Slovenian artist specializes in the art of the mosaic and is considered the best in his field, having created 231 mosaic works in emblematic Catholic temples.
